changes to the main task

we filmed the new main task and edited it fully with the music credits and sound effects and showed it to an independant ajudicator who pointed out that some of the shots go on for too long and so reduce the pace of the scene and some of the shots are too short as we have a good shot but cut it short to add in credits.and so in order to keep the chase scene at a fast pace we are planning on putting in some more shots from a few different angles keep a sense of urgency, we also want to re-edit some of the shots so that the good ones go on for longer.

also he suggested that we put more emphasis on the gunman and the contenets of the bag at the end of the scene, which has promted the decision to add in a few shots at the end and recreate the story so that the two suited charaters take something from the bag instead of not finding anything and so there can be another shot of the characters taking out a memory stick which will help to explain the scene as a whole and give the scene a sense of meaning.

another thing that was suggested is that we include an establishing shot before we start the chase as we originally tried to make the scene start straight in the action but it was seen to be a bit too abrupt and so we intend to add some shots of the surroundings and get a full establishing shot to introduce the audience into the scene.
