rough cut

we filmed and edited a rough cut of our main project which was filmed around the werrington centre and the welbourne area. this gave us a better idea of how the actual filming would be when came around it, and also an idea of what it would be like editing the full clips this helped us with the planning process also as it gave an idea of the sort of clips that may need to be redone for the sake of cutting together. this also gave us an idea of the problems that can occur when filming as some of the clips were not good enough alone and weren't close enough to cut together like we intended and so as a result the film looked odd in places. also it made us rethink certain parts of the story as it became apparent that the acting ability of the people we had available wasn't good enough to cope with it another problem is that the story was in places a little bit over thought which took away from the beggining and so we replanned the whole thing and came up with something different which is a bit faster paced and less reliant on the acting ability of the peopel that we have
